Booths:
In order to book a spot at the MRC you are required to fill
out our Vender Registration Form in addition
to the Guest Registration.
We have 35 vendor spots available and we hope to have
representation from a wide variety of merchants. This
is designed
to give you
maximum exposure. We have also alotted "shopping" breaks
in the workshop agenda to encourage traffic to the
vendors area. Please Note: Vending spaces
include 2 chairs.
Costs:
Vendor registration is $125 for the entire weekend, including
one 8' table (additional tables are optional). The
vending fee includes a brief mention in the conference's "Registration
Package",
on the website, and inclusion in all promotional material. A “Link” may
also be established on our website, to either a webpage or an email.
Cut
off date for registration of vendors is APRIL 1st.
Times of
Operation:
Vendors may arrive and setup on the Friday after 12pm. Operation
of the Merchant Room is Friday (3pm-8pm), Saturday & Sunday
(9am-5pm).

Booklet and Website:
If you would like to maximize your exposure we recommend you
also place an
ADVERTISMENT
in the "Registration Package", at a very reasonable
rate.

- We suggest you save a
copy for yourself by clicking on "Save a Copy"
- Click the "Submit"
button at the bottom.
- Click the "Send"
button.
- If vending, or offering
a workshop fill out the Vendor-Presenter
webform.
- Once your application
has been reviewed, you will be contacted.
